I've been doing the facial rowing exercise and I think I've improved a little.
You can see how the profile looks emaciated, shapeless and really ugly.In the third and fourth image it is different You can see that it still looks horrible, just more shapely. It ignores the acne and the texture of the face, but you can see a little difference? I know 2 weeks is not enough to see realistic results.I just wanted to share that facial rowing probably does work.Do you see the difference between the first two images and the last two? The cheekbones and jawline are more pronounced. What do you think?

results are minor but they do exist. nevertheless, i’m sorry for you
 
ngl it doesn’t look like any real change occurred besides your chin looking very very slightly less recessed, but it’s a start. I’d suggest losing weight immediately and practicing things like chin tucks and neck curls, but really prioritize losing weight, go on regular cardio, make an effort to have yourself sweat daily, and try to cut out foods with excessive artificial sugars, it’s not over for you
