I've been doing the facial rowing exercise and I think I've improved a little.
You can see how the profile looks emaciated, shapeless and really ugly.In the third and fourth image it is different You can see that it still looks horrible, just more shapely. It ignores the acne and the texture of the face, but you can see a little difference? I know 2 weeks is not enough to see realistic results.I just wanted to share that facial rowing probably does work.Do you see the difference between the first two images and the last two? The cheekbones and jawline are more pronounced. What do you think?
