2000 mg of vitamin c as a diuretic

how true is this? could be cope but i've heard a few people talking about 2000 mg of vitamin c working as a diuretic. got an event this friday and i want to give it a shot, but, decided i should ask here to get some more information
 
No. You’ll need to go to the bathroom a bit more but that’s because reabsorption saturates creating a very small, I’d say tiny, osmotic diuresis. And you probably just drank a bunch of water with the powder.

It isn’t a meaningful diuretic.

It's very mild, Use hydrochlorothiazide with Amloride
