No East Africa option?

EDIT: NVM but JFL there are more East African users here than central Asia or north africa.

Imo remove central Asia and replace with East Africa.
Combine middle eastern and north African into MENA.
Add an indigenous/native option.
Combine north and western Europe and create a "white Latino" option

True but culturally they are different especially Algerians and Moroccans

I agree but I don't think the differences are so big they need a whole new option. Like Somalis and Ethiopians have radically different builds and a few distinctly different facial features but we will always be grouped together as east African. For the sake of simplicity it's probably better. Your call though.
