New Cycle Plan
Starting this new cycle with the main goal of moving beyond a 5'9 framecell status. I’ve structured this with a permanent Test base to avoid losing gains and keep dysmorphia in check. Here’s the breakdown:Cycle:
- 200mg Testosterone Enanthate per week
- 20mg MK-677 daily
- Aromasin 10mg every other day
Purpose of Each:
- Testosterone Enanthate (200mg/week)
Running Test E as the foundation to build more bone mass and muscle. The goal is to widen my frame, adding both size and density. Having a permanent Test base will help me avoid losing mass and keep my confidence stable, so I don't risk turning into a "liberal cuck." Plus, the overall benefits—more energy, faster recovery, better sleep, and a higher chance of attracting women—make it worth keeping Test in the routine for the long haul. - MK-677 (20mg/day)
MK-677, a growth hormone secretagogue, boosts natural growth hormone levels. This helps with bone mass, improves appetite, and leads to better sleep quality—all key for consistent gains. It is a bit expensive, but with the added hunger making it easier to eat big, plus the GH boost supporting bone and muscle development, it’s worth the cost. - Aromasin (10mg EOD)
Taking Aromasin every other day to manage estrogen levels. Since Test also raises estrogen, this is necessary to keep my growth plates open as long as possible, supporting any potential height increase and minimizing estrogen-related side effects. By controlling estrogen, Aromasin also helps keep any water retention and gyno in check.
Expected Results:
- Increased Bone Mass and Frame Width: The combo of Test and MK-677 should help build a solid, wide base that’s both muscular and dense.
- Improved Recovery and Energy: Better sleep from MK-677 and a consistent Test level means faster recovery between workouts and more energy day-to-day.
- Better Mood and Confidence: Running a steady Test base is key for mental clarity and confidence, helping me stay motivated and focused.
