Ive been collecting thoughts and this is what I've come up with

Stop eating all pufas, and other gut disruptor
Stop drinking all milk except for raw and non homog if I can't find raw
Only drink water and milk
Start lifting
Get a job
Start using eye whitening drops
Teeth whiteners
Those hyiod exercises in botb
And start "supplementing" 2 garlic cloves a day
No fap

Don't need one, just gym and pure luck, you can't do shit besides surgeries or injecting peptides so I'll leave it to god and focus on my body
