2025 update

Last post I made in here was in 2024, figured I’d post another just to show how im looking now 165 lbs 265 bench, at my leanest iv ever been in my life. Facial fat is going away feeling great overall. Any other suggestions on what to do? (Nose is the only thing that’s selling me imo)
