i use one of the most powerful corticosteroids and ive been using it for months. doesn't do shit maybe you will get a 1 mm improvement and its temporary more or less. though maybe its legit and i cant see because of test/GH bloat or GH nose growth

yeah you might need more muscle and less fat. i used to have a similar build to yours even though i was muscle mogging people at 23" bidelt they still called me skinny (friends, family etc) they were either retarded or say it as a humbling tactic. you probably phisique mog irl and parents don't know its not too skinny at all. they are probably just used to normal ppl lol

i know i framemog other dudes at my uni for sure i mean im wider than pretty much everyone as tall or shorter. though i get framemogged by people above 6'1". though maybe its because i have visible striations and a lean face, but that's reassuring to know other ppls parents are just as delusional
