Hello bro. Average by now with a really good eye area. You have a really good potential. But do not only stick with potential, try to actually fix it.

First and most important, gym and leanmax, have the discipline to go and do your workout, otherwise you wont change.
Second pluck your eyebrows at the middle, it makes a big change.
Third and important aswell, put minoxidil on your hair for the texture.

I think these are the most important things. But relax man, you have a good potential, dont go harsh on yourself in terms of self confidence and stuff like that. Just go harsh on yourself in terms of discipline to fix your flaws. Have a good night.

You have very good eye area, but at this moment youre a cooked ltn. Gymmaxx and debloat, get rhino, get lip fillers, and you probably can be a very solid htn. I can't say for sure, because you're fat as fuck and it hides your bones , so nobody cant really tell you your exact potential and be sure in that

It will be better if you just hit gym and cardio at the same time, you will lose weight and gain muscles at the same time, but dont eat too much carbs. Just eat a lot of protein

i did swimmming for like 8 years plus 2 of gym almost every single day i just let myself down a lot because i got so fed up of trainig ive been training and going to practices my entire teens plus i went to college and i stopped having more time to go

Going gym every single day is actually bad. Your body needs to rest. Dont go more than 3-4 times a week, if you feel tired then take a fucking break. Plus your diet and training plan also matters, not just how much times you go to the gym. i can edge my meat and say i jerked off, but i didnt cum, weird example but it fits here

Nobody really cares about what you know or how to do something unless there is a result. Its with anything in life. It just works like that. And it's logical too

i said i got fed up of training and lost motivation my break is still going since late 2021

fast for 36 hours every day and in ur 12 hour eating windows do not eat carbs at all
or u could go crazy and starve urself for 2 weeks then eating ketogenic, then repeating the fast once u feel like it
you'll probably be normal weight by the third month
