Not only listening but also sharing it. In my experience in communist countries the governments don't care what you do so much as a foreigner. I've been to certain clubs in China that cater mainly to foreigners where you can pass joints around in front of the police posted inside. And in the tourist areas of Vietnam meth and paraphernalia are basically sold in plain view, along with marijuana and other things. Of course there are random crackdowns, but once you start to corrupt locals with it they'll come down on you quick.
