I'm not too sure how to measure it but i used top and measured my shoulder across my back but is said I have 24 inch bideltoids when flexed and 22 relaxed and been gymaxxing for 3 years on and off. I did a bit of research and I think i'm quite blessed with my clavicles should I just max the out as much as possible or would it be too disproportionate. I am actually big boned, being just very wide and a big rib cage with big hips and waist of about 33 inches but that is trimming down during my cut where most my fat is.

84kg too for extra info

My shoulders only fit XXL but its huge everywhere else and only need a medium or large

5´10, barely trained, non obese, but 22-24 inch shoulders? Rather unlikely.

3 years is not barely training but i should include that I did do a lot of sports(rugby, judo, mma) so that could increase size.

You do not look that way in your pictures. It appears like moderate progress. If you have a 22-24 inch bideltoid, you must have huge clavicles. Again, they do not appear narrow at all here, but also not exceptionally wide.

I had a friend put a tape measure across my back shoulder to shoulder and on a wall and it measured when flexed 23-24. Is there any way of measuring it more accurately if so.

Another photo for reference

A tape measure obviously bends and increases the measurement. You should be around 20 inches, which is still fairly broad.

But wouldn't measuring against a wall be straight? Placed my shoulder against the wall and put marks down and measured i.

looks like 18-19, nice try
