Never got the appeal of deadlifts, won't that shit mess up your back? Literally the opposite of how you're supposed to lift stuff

I look 16 even though I am 20 because I cut junk food and sugar, shave my beard and mustache, avoid sunlight, and drink a lot of water.

If you look 16 at 20 u r subhuman and underdeveloped at 20 I was getting guessed 27-28 and am still getting guessed that age at 24

No, I actually have a quite manly face, but looking older than you are is a sign of bad health, which is why people undergo surgeries and buy aesthetic products to look younger.

Most of those exercizes that involve a barbell are pure cancer, I fucking hate barbell rows, deadkifts and squats, military press and bench press are fine.

its actually quite the opposite but gymcel-retards chasing 1RM. High reps is go to 10-12 is good rep range.
 
I have benched 360 lbs for reps
