25+ year oldcels, what are you doing to get back in the dating game or improve your game and aesthetics?

I am a 30 year old man. White and I would say Chadlite. Last time I had a girlfriend (honestly like a 6.0/10) was 4 years. She moved back to China after her ph.d. Before that I had 1 other girlfriend in freshmen year of college and before that I dated a bit in high school etc.

I am around 18% bodyfat right now, and I got a little chubby around the edges. I'm just not getting the attention I used to. I plan on:

- lean maxxing (most important)
-skin care
-fashion.

I am trying to avoid online dating, since it would save me the embarrassment of telling ppl we met online.

I'm not an age cuck, but I try to aim for 22+ year old foids. My standards are not high, but I have 0 interest in the animals at my office. They are disgusting, fat, pigs who belong in a zoo, mind you.

Thoughts? What are you guys doing?
