25M what causes my tear troughs?

It cant be aging cause im only 25 and wear sunscreen and the rest of my skin looks decent. Always had that shit but isas way more subtle

I wonder why some people are born so good looking while im born to look like this shit and being short.

I have decent hair and some traits i think that look good but females in general are just repulsive with my presence. even old rags. When i was younger, i had a babyface up until 2023/early 2025. But after i lost it, im treated like utter shit by everyone around me. Or they dont even acknowledge my existence.

just by looking at the video your facial structure isnt very robust so that might be why its sagging but could be due to lifestyle and not moisturizing
