weak orbital fat pads (causing excessive UEE & bad undereye support)
lack of facial definition (likely from body fat)
narrow eyebrow length
looksmaxxing wise you have a lot of potential, you should lean down, get a better longer haircut that preferably covers your forehead, & get fat grafts to your orbital areas

MTN with strong potential
You likely have a narrow palate and would greatly benefit from adult palatal expansion, specifically a custom MARPE is what I would recommend. This will widen your maxilla with the ancillary benefit of widening your mouth and lip posture at rest. With some luck this may cause a small amount of lateral cheekbone expansion as well.
Your appear to have mild ptosis which requires surgical correction. In addition I would also second the recommendation for orbital fat grafting but it's critical this is performed at a top clinic that knows what they're doing. Those two steps together would raise your upper eyelids and give them extra hooding and support underneath.
After fixing those I will guide you on your next steps.
