Not sure where else, could try aipctshop or Indiamart for tablets.

Prescribed by GP in Australia IIRC, probably not that difficult to get elsewhere in the world. Just phone an online GP, say you have anxiety, lie and say you are planning to see whatever specialist to help with your anxiety, then just see a different online GP to get repeats.

You can find individual sellers on Indiamart then, I'm sure there are some posts about peoples' experiences on the forum.
QSC should ship to Hungary (I will check now and edit), but again, you will need to dose the medication yourself so you need to be careful.
Edit: Can't actually find anything that suggests they do/don't so you might need to make an inquiry yourself.
