26y old M, 2/3mm maxila projection

I was wondering if there are any other solutions to getting like 2/3mm maxila projections besides a LeFort 1. Maybe something less invasive like Marpe+ facemask; I heard some people are getting great results even at adult age. I would not be interested in implants or fillers, not my vibe.
If somebody knows more or has an idea, I would be glad to hear.
