So I guess it’s over and done for me. I found out today that my insurance has been canceled and that was the only plan that was going to cover getting my jaw surgery. I’m still on a caloric deficit but if that doesn’t have dramatic results than it might be completely done for me. If anyone has any advice of other surgically options please tell me. Otherwise it’s over.

And add that tretinoin or retinol in your skincare routine to look 10 years younger and just tell foids you are 21 when you ll be 31

It’s complicated but I help my folks out. Basically ‘single dad’ lifestyle as far as money goes. If I pay for anything it would have to be something like fillers. I might make a different post about that
