Depends on what you like:
1. A more sustainable drawn out diet, that is more comfortable (fuck that, shit takes too long)
2. A short, intense diet to drop fat quickly, only 11-14 days then a refeed for a couple days or eating at maintenance for a short while before deciding to do another run or not depending on how much your trying to lose.

Option 2 mogs to shit IMO so I think it’s based provided you do PSMF with adequate protein:

Ain’t losing muscle on that shit. Currently doing 2 week to “clean up” and continue bulking.

Instead of feeling like shit for a couple weeks, you feel like garbage for months. Never again

None. My strength remained the exact same the moment I returned to maintenece.

Macros were 300g protein, trace fats, 0 carb. I only ate chicken breast.

I would just PSMF. It’s still a fast, just muscle sparing.

What’s your reason for straight fasting? Counter productive IMO.

Clears fibrotic tissue through autophagy. So good for unwanted organ growth when using anabolics.

Some say its good for skin tightening, but thats probably cope

Also really fast and you barely lose muscle the first 5 days
