ye i agree im not too low bf, id probably say 17% since my abs r basically only visible in that light, if i had stepped forward my abs would have disappeared.

are u training frame?
training evening, push pull twice a week, legs once a week
and gonna add neck somewhere in there
are u bulking or sm?
i had previously fell for that meme but stoped as soon as i saw my face bloating tf up after like 3 weeks. i do omad, and that meal is before i go gym at night. i can eat what i want for the most part and still lose fat and maybe gain muscle since i try to train all to failure and im beginner so should help

u think 12%. if i had stepped one step forward i would have lost all abs due to lighting jfl. maybe 15%. i remember 12% is where i used to be when i was on the diet we spoke of (meat and fruit) im going back on it now

defo not 12%. i used to be 12% this is like 17-18%
lean down then kek, u will look way better at 12%. Frame wise it is very good, long arms, wide shoulders. waist is meh but for 17-18% it is very good. Narrow wrists aswell, but it is acceptable bcz u have long arms.

That’s normal, abs are mostly only visible in good lighting. 80% of the population have shit ab genes myself included. 20% just have freaky abs always and anywhere

yup im tryna, about to go play sport for an hour now hopefully burn like 500 cals min, already went gym and consumed my 1 meal of 1500 cals for the day.

I really think 12% man based on that picture. You really have minimal fat. Your abs are decent they probably just show at a really low body fat. You don’t have a huge amount of muscle. You can lose 10 more pounds and you would be single digit for sure.

thats why i’m doing it. my face looked drastically better when i was about 7-10lbs lighter. i may need to lose less than i think cos of slightly more muscle, but here’s still fat to lose regardless. and the carbs could be fucking me

I really think 12% man based on that picture. You really have minimal fat. Your abs are decent they probably just show at a really low body fat. You don’t have a huge amount of muscle. You can lose 10 more pounds and you would be single digit for sure.
i will try maintain what muscle i got, but will try drop 7-10lbs fat cos my face looked drastically better then

U dont need to look like a model 24/7 tho, bulking for a couple years while u are still new to fitness might be worth it. But once you are advanced it is not worth it anymore to bulk, bcz u will only gain like 1 pound of muscle for an entire year of bulking. And at that point it is best to just maingain at 12%.

i would think it’s more worth it later on since as a beginner gains can be made easily, in a deficit, at maintenance or surplus

Yeah probably true maybe it is better as an intermediate because the newbie gains slightly slow down on top of that after a certain amount of time it will be hard to build more muscle. So just accepting what you look like at that moment is the best approach imo instead of going on bulk/cut cycles every year for minimal results.
