i first i did one handed dumbbell rows 4x12 with 10kg
then i did squats 4x6 with 20kg of plates
then i did 4x20 calf raises with a 25kg plate
about to do some chin ups, 4x6 might add weight, ive always been a monkey nigger and climbed shit so i have pretty good grip/forearm strength
