Yes bit of anglepick and intense light but... rate morph:
-added glabella crease mark
-increased cheekbone diagonal portrusion (bit of lateral + bit of frontal)
-increased chin front portrusion and made it a more squarish shape

Seeing that I will probably never get the surgeries for this (mix of money and intense fear of bothed shit), would it be worth a shot? I mean worth trying with moneysaving and risk taking or is it something that wouldn't be so noticeable in motion in actual irl interaction to be worth all of the hassle?

I would just change the chin. It accounts for most of the difference between the morph and the original.

I think you would benefit much more from a well done rhinoplasty (narrowing of the nasal base, slight lowering of the columella and treating the bulbous tip), getting your cleft chin removed, and make your chin more angular by projecting it a little : the thing is, your chin is already quite wide but it's roundish so you should make it more square by adding more projection at the corners.
Also, you should get lower lip reduction it accentuates your chin fold and makes your chin look shorter
You should expect the result on the left side. Looks much much better and natural
