Its just so fucking tasty, try it out for ur self

150g ham cubes
50g jalapenos
a little spice with chili pepper
some salt
1 small onion
2small garlic pieces (not the whole thing)
and some pepper


cut the pepper, cut the garlic, chili and jalapenos in small pieces and throw them in the pan with sunflower oil
cook it till it gets glazy
then throw in ur ham cubes
and make sure to pepper it
cook it till u can eat it

u should learn it, its important for dietmaxxing and deciding what you need in ur body and what not
its also cheaper, what im eating now costed me like 1.30euros + 80cents for the buttermilk
