im a gym noob so i dont think im going to take diet drugs anytime soon, too high inhib for that yet
already lost 4 pounds what the fuck im not even hard dieting, just a slight deficit and no processed shit/goyslop, staying low carbs, low sodium, and high protein and drinking 3L water/day
trained shoulders and back today and did a little cardio after
planning on lifting 5 days a week and doing cardio almost every day
lifefuel seeing the numbers on the scale drop tbh, trying to make sure im losing body fat tho, not muscle. idk my body fat percentage tho cuz i need to figure out how to measure it but ive been lazy
also havent been rotting as much on forums recently and ive been outdoors a little more so my mood has been better, until i get reminded that im incel in public by normies with their girlfriends/wives
