Look up Kevis on youtube, the guy has plenty of tutorials. The niche im in right now is a ranking niche of ranking basically anything as long as it's funny

You can reupload shorts or other content in general but you should heavily edit it, like add ai commentary or text or whatever.

My niche rn is ranking topics, trends, whatever so what i do is go on youtube, search "ranking *" see what's a popular topic right now like ranking fails for example, then search a compilation of "funny fails", then edit that shit on capcut and you're done.
