3 days without TikTok, and I’m feeling great. I was almost tempted to redownload it but my will power is indestructible.

I think I can go like that for years. I still don’t see any improvements in my dopamine but that will take time and I need to be patient. I’m going to start a new book and be less on the phone this week.
