with prolonged usage probably, yeah

doesnt hurt to do it once or twice though if ure careful

I’ve had significantly more success using bleaching gel than hydrogen peroxide.

I use a 35% Carbamide peroxide gel, I’d say only leave it on for up to 3h max as longer can damage enamel or your gums.

Your teeth will be sensitive for a few days after, that’s normal.

I use this every 5-6 months, it’s Australian so don’t know if it ships to you but it’s 18% carabamide peroxide (the stronger versions like 22% 35% etc you need appointment but 18% is completely fine

7days 45 min per treatment on a mouth guard thingy

The mouth guard I put it on is my smile direct clear alligner retainer I have but you can get mouthguards from any place that sells these types of whitening gels usually in a bundle to save money,

But you have to mould it yourself which might be a bit annoying I guess but not rocket science

I got it from Amazon, I’ll link the one I bought.

You will need a mold of your teeth, a mouth guard mold works perfectly fine. If you’ve had braces you can use your retainer, it won’t damage it.

I’ve got horrible connection so it’s not loading. Any kind of tray that you mold to your teeth will work fine, the closer and more accurate the mold the better.

Yeah, 2x a week for 3h each time. I did it for 4 weeks, now I do it once a month just to maintain the whiteness.
