Ive seen an uptick in people catching on to the truth and its great
If your goal is to get women, be more fullfilled socially and romantically, then on top of improving your looks, you have to make the social and mental gains.
Yes getting better looking will open up more oppertunities than if you dont, but to truly make it, you gotta do the social / mental maxing
Here are 3 things to immediately do to increase your worth.
1.gymmax. putting on 10lbs+ of lean muscle on most frames will increase your value objectively. Heres an extensive study on upper body strength and how it correlates to attractiveness. It biologically signals dedication, strength and confidence
2. You social max. Whatever enviroment youre in, lets say college, you have to go out and socialize despite not wanting to internally. Many introverts make excuses to stay home all the time and go online. Social maxing needs to be seen like hitting the gym. You just have to make yourself do it. See it as reps. Dont try to force any goals to come true as a result of it, realize you will get "rejected" socially at times, and understand that over time you will get better and better and make more and more acquantices, which is very important to making other friends and getting women. For some reason, the more friends you have, the more socially connected you are, the more women will be interested in knowing you. Its biology, just like gym maxxing.
3. The last thing you must immediately do, is to mental max. If you have dsyphoria often, if you feel weighed down by your weaknesses, you have to work on overcoming them. Admittidly i havent even mastered this. Unconciously i will often feel lame or not good enough, but i overcome this at times by ignoring it and social maxing anyway. This made me gain more unconcious confidence and concious confidence, and over time I got more okay with myself. Yes i still "relapse" into mental lowness at times, and i still struggle mentally. Make sure to get rid of groves in resentment, or anger towards others. Alot of those negative, envious emotions come from your own negative perception of yourself deep down.
Im by no means the master at any of this. I stills struggle in the last two areas. But i know a positive feed back loops often comes when you really stay on schedule and can earn you confidence over time that is permanant. Today im better off than i used to be, despite not being perfect at it.
To test these theories, walk around at night in town on a busy friday or saturday night. You will see that often, the guys having fun , with friends and with women or a woman, are average looking dudes, alot of them "skinnyfat" and havent looksmaxxed at all. Its not a rare occurence, infact its typical. You can gain an advantage if you do the things mentioned above that make you stand out.
