Buddy boyo, do you actually have new zits still? Or is this just residual inflammation/scarring? If it's scarring mostly you need to undergo something like phenol peel or co2laser to remove the scars.

Also please use some moisturizer, your skin is dry af cuz of the Accutane.

Just stick to the treatment bro, no need to rope yet, you seem like a MTN with eye halo, you don't need rope.

You should see if you are able to get bimax, you seem like a candidate.

perhaps the drying effect of isotretinoin has severely weakened and damaged your skin barrier, try applying urea and vaseline urea can sometimes cause a mild stinging or burning sensation, especially on broken or very irritated skin. start with a lower concentration like 5%. apply vaseline after urea. apply the urea on damp skin.

I've been on accutane since October 6th, my skin looks better than yours but similar. From the pictures you provided, it looks like your skin is improving from cystic acne vulgaris, once the acne is gone you'll suffer from PIE (superficial scaring/red spots) but they'll eventually heal and you'll have clear skin.
