Mewing, chewing falim, training neck, and cutting out carbs has definately improved my face.

Neck improved at least from that perspective. Rest of the face is exactly the same, no progress almost. Are you completely dropping carbs? did you reduce sodioum intake too?

And dont fucking chew until you get to low bf first.

More defined and masculine face. Nice transformation, I would fix those eyebrows though.

Can you take identical pics? The first one has cuck-eyes posture and the second one gets haloed by looking down

Why not chew when you're not low bf?
 
Hit the gym, do squats/deads/press/bench.

Gaining good technique now when you are young, and building muscle will become even better as you grow into a man.

Gym is the most crucial component of any looksmaxxing. For sure, you can get plastic surgery and what not, but I think a vast majority of people can solve their looks problems by hitting the gym.

Why not chew when you're not low bf?

Because it's useless usually. You might even look more bloated. Even then, you should be lean before you try to enlarge your masseters: you might have high set masseter insertions which are NOT good for hypetrophy, and if you do this too early before getting lean, you might have it difficult to revert the process if you don't like the result.

Don't listen to Zyros, he's obsessed with bloating. Chewing is fine at any bf%.

If someone has logic to say then I am all ears.
Your maesters will slowly shrink if you stop chewing, what's the big danger in doing it at a high bf% and then just cutting? You'll probably look better at the end either way anyway
