1. Neck, always see guys with thin necks when it's one of the easiest muscles to train
2. Hips and lower body in general, your lower body won't get ridiculously huge unless you're on steroids
3. Kegels, no one trains those, but they are useful not just sexually, after doing kegels I barely have to pee as much as when my kegel muscles were weak
