Thanks for the reply. What kind of jaw implants are you talking about?

I was personally thinking BSSO + maxilla downgrafting (if BSSO movement is significant enough to require it) + vertical genioplasty. What are your thoughts on my idea?

I feel like this could benefit me but I also feel like I don't have a classic case of SFS, with a jaw angle parallel to the floor like Gustavo ().

tbh your mandible looks fine, it looks like you need some type of lefort 1 or some maxillary surgery instead, type the people that have sfs type of surgerys
