No. But since you can't be physically attractive as a 3, it might as well be.

3.5 is just a marginally better 3. Like if a 3 maximizes all the softmaxes (haircut, skincare). Same with 4.5 relative to 4.
4 is what considered normal in a diverse, predominantly white country. This is where you start to exist. You might not pull with your face alone, but if you're tall and/or in a good shape you should be able to get girls to have sex with you for the sake of enjoying it.

I wonder what does it entice though. Does it mean Asian women are attracted to 3 PSL as long as there's no white people exposure, or does it mean that Asian women are not physically attracted to most of their men?
I remember hearing on TV that the Chinese care the most about education of their future spouse and I thought it was bullshit. But it makes sense if they're all betabuxx: the nation.
