Do 3 or 4 12 reps
 
If you can do the extra set you should. aim for failure between 6-12 reps. If you can do high reps easy then weight should be more imo. Sometimes I do drop sets up to 5-6.

your physique must be dog shit tier if u think 20 set per week (10set 2X) is a lot jfl, go back to fortnite, gymmaxxing is not for you

I do about 14 sets a week per muscle group
