1. Rent a place on a lot,
2. Be in a cold country,
When tire changing season comes, set up 2-4 containers overlapping eachother. And a tent in the middle.
Find a supplier of used winter tires,
Get adequate tools.
Find workers months behind, experienced tire changers
Setting up rent etc.
Can even rent containers and tent.
Should be about 100k in total.
You will become filthy rich, legit 30 cars desperate lined up.

Second one, for poorer people.
Rent a good van, about 1 week or so.
Get adequate licenses for firework selling
Contact a supplier.
Get a fake business and sell, find a good lot with lots of traffic.
Buy big flags and advertisement signs with good design
Sell fireworks like a legend, they almost always get sold out no matter what, its really crazy.
Should cost about 3 grand, but you can be smart and do around 2-1 grand. Profit will be fucking insane. Expect 5k. You can even sell christmas trees. Which is even easier. You just need a van, christmas lights, signs whatesve.
But the margins are way slower.
