How do I get big arms

Increase frequency. Train them every other day (or so). You can do arms everyday even, if you do biceps one day and triceps the other.

Mix it up and do supersets, dropsets, different exercise variations etc.

That’s what I’ve been doing for so long and it doesn’t seem to have been effective

What’s your wrist circumference? If you’re a framelet, your arm size is cucked by your small bone diameter.

Bone thickness makes a big difference. 1 cm thicker humerus makes the upper arm’s circumference measurement 3.14 cm bigger.
 
It's mostly due to genetics, I train all body parts propelry but my cucked arms are always lagging. But I don't give a fuck since I have mogger shoulders, back and chest.

Don't train them, just focus on the compound movements but don't isolate them, accept that your arm genetics are shit but in time they'll grow
