First 6 months read every study and analysis to find out whats most important then try to create some arbitrary system, find surgeons and look at their skills whats the best for me, look at every even minimally importwnt feature in your body and see how you can max it, see where geographicslly and social circles my looks will benefit the most

Study biochemistry, then specialise in endocrinology, osteology and pharmacology and actively research for them
Also study philosophy of course
