step 1: Gym
Now I won't be paying money to go to a gym, I bought Two 10kg dumbells made of Iron to work out with at home.
Watching videos on Dumbell only workouts
Created a 6 day workout plan, 2 days for upper body
2 for lower
2 for Endurance/cardio
Step 2: Diet
I have been eating Fast Food slop all my life and tons of sugar filled foods, for now i have switched over to Coke zero from regular Coke.
Will be cutting out processed foods, eating more meats in my diet, especially fresh wild caught salmon.
Step 3: Supplements
Since i can't get all the essential nutrients from modern food i will be taking Zinc, Magnesium and B Vitamins plus some Fish oil daily.
Step 4: Fashionmaxxing
My current fashion is shit, ive been wearing really shitty clothes that dont fit since ive been getting fat. Overall i have nerfed myself very hard over the years due to shit fashion. I will be looking for ways to improve this.
Step 5: Skincare and Haircare
I have never in my life ever used any sort of skincare, I will be ordering moisturizer for my skin and retinol. I am also looking into IVB sunscreen since my skin has been destroyed by the very harsh aussie sun which has aged me. I also need to look into hair products maybe rosemary oil and brush my hair.
I know I'm old, but it's never too late.
Will be posting updates soon once i see some progress.
