yeah you have a mild short face syndrome. The only solution for that is jaw surgery with downgrafting but idk if ur down to such things
picked up a stomach bug ( h Plyori) nasty one. Lost a lot of weight and was unwell for a while. First time ever needing my wife in any capacity, and my god I got a wake up call. Divorced her because of how she treated me during that time.

Appreciate the kind words thank you. Surprisingly I actually do okay with women but I have deeper issues (narrow palate = sleep apnea) so I’m taking a year off to get all this sorted and I thought I may as-well go the full way and max out my looks while I’m doing surgeries for my health.

I am Irish , I can tell youre similar age as myself. That’s the reality , I’ve seen it myself. Some people who were chads growing up have already lost it due to not taking care of themselves. Takes discipline to keep it and every year that goes by you go further ahead by just taking care of yourself.
