In early 2023. my long term relationship ended. I fucked few women here and there afterwards but I realized:
1) I need to improve my SMV if I want to get women I actually desire
2) Clock is ticking

I did hair transplant, nothing much, like 1200 grafts just fixing my receded temples, beard transplant (from underchin to patchy sides) next day, and one month later septorhinoplasty.

Pain is tolerable and I encourage you to do it. Can't wait for my recovery phase to end so I can start hitting the gym.

I won't undergo any further treatments, since my other features are fine, jawline etc.

I get you man, it's hard to enter dating scene in 30s. Yeah, I dated a few girls a met through regular social media or the girls I already knew but didn't banged since I was in a commited relationship. I had one direct approach which later resulted in unsuccesful first date.

The aftermath is that I generally didn't try too hard simply cause I was aware of my shortcomings, so I wanted to fix them first then start approaching women regularly.
