I Lost alot of fat dont know i basically ate clean drank alot of wáter and did cardio alot

Es un peso bastante considerable. Te recomendaría pulir la técnica evitando balanceos. Enhorabuena por tu cambio físico, se ve que has perdido bastante grasa.
