35 carbamide peroxide worked for me after two sessions so you definitely dont need anything over that if ur doing h2o2 (which is unecessary tbh, just do carbamide peroxide ngl)

44% Carbamide peroxide is great and has only ~15% hydrogen peroxide in, so 35% is extremely high dosage
