I have 35k saved. I wanna hardmax but dont know what surgeries I need. Is consulting with giant a good idea? Can anyone recommend me someone high iq that can determine what surgeries I need and plan them? like a surgery planner?

You get jaw surgery to correct deformities. Lefort 3 for midface advancement,

get implants tofurther enhance midface, forehead, mandible

get rhino since everybody's nose can normally benefit with improvement
