Getting lean is the first thing you can do tbh. You look bloated.

Start cutting body fat, you might have a good base but it’s hard to tell when you’re not at optimal bf levels. I would consider getting MSE for wider and more prominent cheekbones.

Cant't seem to edit my post.

Wanted to add:

• I'm 162 lbs, 5'11. Temporary bloat on face due to medicines, should go away in couple of months.
• I've significant hair loss/thinning as well. Will get transplant probably next year if it keeps getting worse.
• Definitely need some upper body muscles because I'm skinny. Would help to atleast be athletic.

But no girl will consider you as hot/handsome. Thats all that matters.
You look like a serious it consultant, but girls instead want wild high t adventurous hot guys.
A lot of work to do for you. Still there is hope.
Also since your 38, consult a doctor for trt.

I'm already on TRT. Started a couple of months ago and hence the bloat on face. Doctor said bloat will go away in couple of months.
