3mg is so random, i get 2mg bc thats the clinical trial starting dose, or even 0.5 bc like every tard online says that but curious about your reasoning for a 3mg starting dose. because of the half life you wouldn't have experienced a full dose until a month. just go down to a dose you can tolerate before moving up.

Sorry for late response, I have conquered reta all jokes aside drank a ginger shot and felt amazing after 30 mins and the reasoning was at first I was gonna take 2mg but I grabbed my stomach and realized it’s too big so I added 1extra mg im 140 5’8 my diet is amazing and I’m now going to the gym next pin is 5mg
