4 beers every day. is that normal?

There is no day when I don't drink beer. I just can't. I have to go to the store and buy a cold beer and drink it. Beer is a means of survival for me, like oxygen. My grandfather was an alcoholic and died because of it, my father is a former alcoholic and had to go to therapy because he didn't control it. My mother worries about me

Alcohol is like the worst drug out there lol.

High is very underwhelming, and comedown + hangover is like worse than cocaine even.

Smoking weed or doing ketamine is much better.
