I ordered 2 inch lifts (5cm) and put them in 1 inch boots.
Its extreme lifefuel for manlets like me but with the 2 inch lifts you WILL look and walk weird.

The 1inch lift might be just fine for everyday use combined with boots.

If you put them in normal sneakers you will slip out of the heel.
You definetly need high top or boots

3+ inch you can’t even walk, 2 inch is the real max and it doesn’t give u a true 2 inch height boost more like 1,5 inch
