This is all the stupid and reckless shit I did. It yielded unsustainable results and I've since descended a bit. I'll outline everything I did wrong and everything I'll do right for my next cycle.

Reasons I'm retarded
- Didn't do any research, just started blasting shit, my chest and entire back got absolutely plastered in acne which took 3 months to get rid of, I'm extremely lucky I didn't get more sides. Lack of research also led to me buying bunk gh.
- Diet consisted of around 2200 calories a day, which was a completely arbitrary number, I didn't know what my goal was so I was unable to craft any steps to get there. The food itself was low quality processed junk, didn't pay any mind to micronutrients.
- Didn't consider the financial impacts of this, I ran out of money sooner than expected which led to my subsequent descension.
- Didn't do bloodwork, was fucking around with letrozole which led to a noticeable estrogen crash, joints started to hurt and my skin was insanely dry.
- Even though I still looked better at the end of the cycle, I could've looked FAR better, and held onto the facial and physique gains better than I did.
New plan
- It's worth noting I'm still decently retarded and new to lm (have had my account for a while but never touched it) so help me out if you can. I'll be running 500mcg of Hcg weekly throughout this cycle to help with PCT and keep my balls in fettle.
- Goal is to shred while retaining maximum muscle. Test is low because running any higher won't produce significant gains once receptors saturate and will only cause estrogen problems that will result in expensive primo to deal with, I'll adjust primo depending on e2 on bloodwork. This list doesn't include support supps like fish oil, nac, magnesium etc...
- Diet will consist of clean foods, strict 2200 calories a day, 45g fat, 180g protein, 270g carbs.
- Secured reliable suppliers for everything listed.
- Entire PCT protocol isn't included, but enclo will begin at 12.5 and end at 3.25 daily over a course of 6-8 weeks. GH should help retain muscle during PCT.
- Currently working out how I want to include accutane, minoxidil, selank, and a couple other supps.
