This is me after 4 months of gym 2-3x per week (very high intensity tho and coach mundy on ig type training)
have been to the gym before that but never serious and consistent up until the last 4 months
should I bulk up to put on more size? or just stay lean for appeal? and what is my bf% roughly?
17, 174cm 5“9 (i think), 59kg / 130lbs



(I skip legs too 1/3 of the time and even when I do train I do low af volume
