4 month gym progress

This is me after 4 months of gym 2-3x per week (very high intensity tho and coach mundy on ig type training)
have been to the gym before that but never serious and consistent up until the last 4 months
should I bulk up to put on more size? or just stay lean for appeal? and what is my bf% roughly?
17, 174cm 5“9 (i think), 59kg / 130lbs

damn bro crazy genetics for only 4 months, when you are asking if u should bulk up or not imo it depends how lean your face is, if you are chopped i would say bulk up forsure.

my face is pretty lean because of the low bf%
i look like minecraft steve tho if i look straight up and not frauded like in this pic (very squared face, low gonial, long ramus recessed chin overbite) so i am pretty chopped (ltn)

and yeah probably have pretty good genetics, my brother also build muscles super fast with barely training

yes but you can train your back and side delts for a wider frame no? my frame is significantly wider now than it was 4 months ago

I do full body 1 day training 2 days rest. I will write the full plan when I have time later 👍🏻
I mostly do pp and skip legs, Probably at most train deadlifts and hip thrusts:Comfy:

yeah lets just say there is a reason I wear long pants in the gym 🤗 (I skip legs too 1/3 of the time and even when I do train I do low af volume

My Workout plan and diet:

All days are the same, just these exercises:

1: Benchpress 2 sets 4-6 reps
2: Close grip lat pull down 2 sets 4-6 reps
3: Lat raise

but with this attachment, 2 sets 6-8 reps
4: chest supported row 2 sets 4-6 reps
5: overhead triceps exension 2 sets 6-8 reps
6: Incline Dumbbell Biceps Curls or Preacher curls depending on what I want to do that day 2 sets 6-8 reps

7: reverse butterfly 2 sets 6 reps (only do these on the days I skip legs)
--
when I dont skip it :
8: seated leg curls
9: leg extensions

Diet :

A lot of eggs daily, raw milk, raw honey, lot of beef liver, many many fruits, NO JUNK FOOD EVER, I dont count calories ever I just look out that I dont eat shit and my bf% will stay low.
