Would 5/6 months of mouthbreathing causes harm when having a cold? Just curious

Depends on genetics shit answer but true

I breathed through mouth a lot in teens
Due my nose being broken twice

Still have good development may have been better unfortunately I don't know

But a few month's isn't what made you ugly

If your naturally inclined to mouth breath that means you have smaller air ways meaning you need bimax and if that still isn't doing it super bimax.

If all other years of life was nose breathing with decent posture

Mine was probaly 4-5 months total
In my whole life
But in teen years

I don't know if cope but I hope the remainding many months corrected that growth back to normal

Don't look like it effected me the few months
But I will never know for sure

I think why it becomes easier to nose breath when we have better posture is cause the hyoid is aimed up rather than down so the air ways become less blocked so your nose can breath easier it's hypothsis but it makes some what sense think about it if hyoid blocks the air ways off course forward posture will aim the hyoid up translating to you being able to breath way easier.


It why most mewers often say bad posture leads to recession but they think it's the act of gravity causing the chin recession instead of looking at the unconscious down wards growth gained during sleep or even in the waking hours.

Ummmmmmm i think mouth breathing is a decade multiplier i think the affects come in bit by bit so 6 months shouldn't be this much of an issue you but from know on breath through your nose

Always did nose breathe
Just fucked my nose in a fight and in an accident so in those month I had to mout breathe at times

Haven't done it since

Gonna thank mom for always making sure I never mouth breathed lols

Mewing won't do much unless in early teens probaly
But it may prevent looking worse

Proper mouth posture will still be good even without any change in face
