DECEMBER
Came off gymcelling cycle 500 test 300 mast and cut very quickly and lost a ton of muscle but also some bodyfat. Was covered in acne, terrible posture, and small. Realised I had to do something.
JANUARY

Started off with buying a bunch of skincare and supplements, asking chat gpt for guidance. Got prescribed doxycycline for my body acne, and began GHK-CU 1MG daily. Was running very low test here, 50mg EOD, training decent, but not eating enough.
i’m using vitamin C cream, doxycycline, GHK CU, Niacin, and retinol. (mostly cope, besides doxy which helped a lot)
Started bonesmashing with a wrench, and began gaining a bit more dimorphism.

Went pretty downhill here, became obsessed with MTII and didn’t realise how dark it was making me, combined with carotenoids, beta carotene, axasthansin, lycopene, took too much and started to look extremely yellowish and dark.
upped test to 100mg EOD
And added 20mg anavar pre workoutout.
started eating 500g mince beef daily, with carbs before the gym and dialed in training more. Continued bonesmashing and chugging raw milk (it’s not cope).

Began getting bigger, put on some size but still around 10% bodyfat, stack here is.

Anavar 20mg pre workoutout
Retatrutide 1mg EOD / 3.5WK
Mots C 1mg EOD / 3.5WK
5mg GHKCU daily
Diet mainly mince beef, fruit, and raw milk.
Stopped fake tanning and carotenoids.
Had been using tretinoin for over a month, with GHKCU 5mg, so skin is pretty clear. Just got my hands on accutane and started yesterday.
Completely restored hair with dutasteride and minoxidil, and bonemass continued to increase.
